How do you remove the fairings of a 09 Honda CBR 600RR for an oil change?

I am trying to do my 1st oil change and have removed the bolts for both lower fairings. There however appears to be a hook or clamp connecting the lower fairings together at the low front, and the lower fairings to the mid fairings on each side. Please provide detailed instructions on how to remove unlike the owner's manual. I can slide mine right out the front. And the drain plug is right on the bottom of engine. However, if you want to remove those pieces, simply turn the screws, the plastic ones you pull on the screw to seperate pieces.How do you remove the fairings of a 09 Honda CBR 600RR for an oil change?Thanks!! I was able to drain the oil, replace the filter through the front, and shift the lower fairing to the side to refill.
